The existing core team of the company includes a number of well-known famous foreign designers, experienced experts & scholars with overseas masters’ degree, national registrars, senior engineers, intermediate engineers, etc. Meanwhile, our company has reached a cooperation agreement with Southwest University, it is the designated school-enterprise cooperation institution and licensed training base for graduates of Southwest University, our collaborative research areas include scenic tourism planning, landscape planning design, agricultural park planning, ecological restoration, etc.

随着当前大生态环境建设的快速推进，2018年，我司在行业内率先成立以城市公园运营为主业的四川星座乐园城市公园管理有限公司，已成功为重庆市主城区92个社区体育文化公园、眉山樱花博览园、自贡高新区5大公园提供了策划运营、绿化管养、公园管理、儿童自然课堂教育等全方位服务

With the rapid advancement of current ecological environment construction, the era of big operation is bound to come in near future. In 2018, our company has taken the lead to establish Sichuan Constellation Paradise Urban Park Management Corporation Limited, mainly focus on urban park management, and successfully became the operational planning executive partner of Meishan cherry blossom exposition park, and won the bidding of Chongqing main urban districts’ 92 community sports cultural parks’ EPCO general contract with Longfor real estate’s affiliated enterprise partner. 

 

研发设计
研发设计中心的宗旨是聚焦公司设计产品与产业链发展战略层面基础上的研发，通过构筑公司的研发设计成果核心与设计研究理论知识的沉淀，为公司提供内在动力和技术支持；通过扎实的理论基础和建成的实践项目研究经验，可以自主积累形成公司设计研发技术力量；通过对内对外的研发设计资源整合和专业技术知识学习沉淀，聚焦未来设计产品研发趋势，开拓前沿的景观规划设计领域；通过对重要专题项目概念的重新建构，设计与规划具有国际水准的方案，可参与国际奖项竞选和申报，与知名国际公司共同竞争，提高公司研发设计竞争力。现已为多家上市集团地产公司进行产品线标准化体系和产品IP研发，初步建立研发管理产品的竞争优势，为研发中心多元化发展打下基础。
 
Research & Development（R&D）
The aim of R&D center is the research and development that based on company’s design products and strategic level of industrial chain development, to provide inner motivation and technology support for the company through the construction of the core of R&D achievements and the precipitation of theoretical knowledge of design and research; to accumulate independently to form the company's design and R&D technical force through solid theoretical basis and practical project research experience; and to focus on R&D trend of future products, opening up a leading-edge landscape planning design field through the integration of R&D and design resources both internally and externally and the learning as well as precipitation of professional technical knowledge. We hope to design and plan schemes with international standards, that are competent to participate international award campaign and declaration and compete with well-known international companies to improve our R&D and design competitiveness by reconstructing the concepts of major thematic projects. Now we have committed to the R&D of product line standardization system and product IP for several listed real estate companies, preliminary established the competitive edge of R&D management products, and laid the foundation for diversified development of R&D center.

国际团队
通过构建国际设计师团队的项目合作平台，总结和积累国际项目设计经验，实现项目的国际化合作和设计团队的国际化视野提升。2018，道合入围渝北铜锣山国家级矿山公园旅游策划及规划设计。本次设计团队由道合与具有30余年设计经验的美国知名设计师WALTER GEIGE先生（哈佛建筑和景观双硕士）、美国可持续/能源总体规划的专家Roger Frechette先生共同担纲。

 

International Team
By building a project cooperation platform of international designers’ team, to summarize and accumulate international projects’ design experiences, to achieve projects’ international cooperation and improve design teams’ international vision. In 2018, DONEHOME was shortlisted to participate in the master planning bidding design of Yubei Tongluoshan national mine park. The design team of this time include our company and the well-known American designer WALTER GEIGE, who has 30+ years’ design backgrounds and Harvard architecture and landscape double masters’ degree, and American sustainable/ energy master planning expert Roger e. Frechette.
